To deliver fully funded solar, we work with INICIO, part of the Pharaoh Capital energy group. INICIO funds the entire project through a power purchase agreement and owns the panels; Solar4Business installs them and their maintenance is covered under the agreement, so you get long-term energy savings with no capital outlay.
Your electricity rate is set out in your PPA contract from day one, below the grid price - either fixed for the term or on an agreed escalator, whichever the contract specifies - so the saving starts immediately rather than after a payback period.
It's a simple, transparent partnership: you provide the unused roof space, and INICIO handles the cost. INICIO invests its own capital in the system, which Solar4Business surveys, designs and installs; INICIO then owns and operates it, making its return over the agreement term by selling you the power your roof produces at a rate lower than the grid. You get the savings, with your maintenance obligations covered under the agreement, and INICIO secures a long-term energy partner.
Unpredictable wholesale energy markets create a real liability on your balance sheet. That volatility makes long-term financial forecasting difficult and exposes your business to sudden price shocks.
A PPA is a contracted alternative to that volatility. Your rate per kWh, and how it changes over the term, is agreed and set out in the contract for up to 25 years, so a chaotic and unpredictable cost becomes a known, budgetable one.

Brands using solar power
Our funding partner INICIO pays for the entire system, which Solar4Business installs, and its maintenance is covered under the agreement. There is no capital outlay from your business, and you buy the electricity it generates at an agreed rate, usually below the grid price.
There is no upfront cost, but it isn’t free electricity, you pay INICIO for the power the system generates, at a rate set out in your contract - fixed or on an agreed escalator - typically lower than your current tariff. The saving comes from that lower rate, not from free panels.
